BAHARI BOAT DETAIL LLC

These Terms govern your use of bahariboatdetail.com and the services provided by Bahari Boat

Detail LLC ("Bahari Boat Detail," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our

website, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide mobile boat detailing in South East Florida, including top-side washes, wash and wax

packages, and oxidation removal. Boats over 30 feet are quoted individually.

Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you give us, such as boat length, type, and condition. If the boat

or the work needed differs from what was described, the price may change. We will tell you before

doing any additional work.

Scheduling, weather, and cancellations

Services are scheduled for a date, time, and location you confirm. Weather, water conditions, or

marina rules may require us to reschedule, and we will contact you if that happens. If you need to

cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

• Make sure we have permission and access to your boat at the marina, dock, or storage location.

• Remove valuables and personal items before service.

• Tell us about any known damage, recent repairs, or surfaces that need special care.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is completed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Results and pre-existing conditions

Results depend on the age and condition of your boat, including how much oxidation is present. We

are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, such as cracks, fading, thin or worn gelcoat,

loose fittings, or issues from previous repairs, including conditions that become visible after cleaning.

Satisfaction and claims

If you are not satisfied with our work, contact us within 48 hours of service so we can review it and

make it right where appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the

amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as

loss of use of your boat.

Text messages (SMS terms)

• Program: Bahari Boat Detail customer text messages, including quotes, appointment

confirmations, scheduling updates, and technician arrival notifications.

• How you opt in: by checking the text message consent box on our website quote form or our

Facebook or Instagram lead form, or by agreeing verbally when you call us.

• Message frequency varies based on your service requests.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• To opt out, reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further

texts. Reply START to resubscribe.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
